went to pick my mom up at the san francisco airport. weather was cloudy/partially rain, not a best first day.

母をサンフランシスコエアポートまで迎えにいってきました。天気は曇りのち雨とあんまり良くない日に到着。

he spotted a true wiener car on the way to work! even the wisconsin license plate said "weener" too ;)

ダニエルが通勤途中にCMのウィンナー　カーを発見！ウィスコンシン州のライセンスも「ウィンナー」と書いてあったみたいです。笑

we were saying "bye bye" to kai after we loaded everything in the car from the shopping cart... he looks confused ;)

全部荷物を車につめ終わった後、カイをカートに残したまま「バイバーイ」と言って車の方向に歩きだしてみました。ちょっと不安そうな顔してます。(￣∇￣）

近所のウォ―キングトレールに沿ってある電灯。これはダニエルがカメラバッグというiphoneのアプリを使ってフィルターをかけたてたりして試していたみたいです。

there's many wild fire around here and this one came the closest so far! we can see it from freeway exit over the hills and there's lots of smoke in the sky. i took this picture with my iphone so i couldn't zoom in :P

やっぱりこのあたりは太陽が強く、ドライな気候で風もあるとの事なので夏の間は山火事があちこちにあります。これはいままでで一番近くにあった山火事（でもこれは丘だから丘火事？）。フリーウェイの反対側の丘でした。iphoneでとった写真なのでズームできませんでした。＾＾；

kai loves the shopping cart, especially being in it rather than sitting in a child seat.
