we went to see a new sustainable community called Mountain House that is 20min. east of livermore. the future projection of this city is expected to be done in 2015 or so with its own schools, fire + police departments, parks, post offices, city councils, community center (includes pools and such),shopping centers etc. obviously it is still being built, so nothing is there besides residential homes and they are selling these homes for cheap (by Califonia standards) right now... There's going to be 12 different villages (meaning style of homes) and we are looking at the most affordable ones which are in a condo village called Cambridge Place. 1. getting off from the freeway. as you can see nothing is here right now, just open field...
2. as you drive like 2 min. you can start to see the Mountain House community on the left side of the freeway, i mean it's pretty big community and i guess it's maybe only 1/3 done.
3. driving closer to Mountain House, the scenery gets nicer; trees and pretty flowers by the road.
4. around cambridge place area from the main road.

1, 2, + 4. neighborhood area of cambrige place. it's very clean, new looking neighborhood.
3. this is what the condos looks like. inside of this picture has 3 units, small, medium, to large floorplans and they all come with 2 car garage. you can see the floorplan below.

this is the inside of the medium floorplan model room that we like, we both this that this is a good size and has a tiny low maintenance yard for deedee also.

this is the same floorplan but it's not a model room and it's a mirrored plan. we like the lighter natural color cabinets with stainless steel appliances including fridge, dishwasher, stove, and microwave.

driving around the neighborhood. it looks like we'll get lost 'cuz they all look kinda sililar. behind these condos, there's a creek, walking path, and park etc.

we went to see giants game on sunday at at&t park in the city. it was nice day, actually a perfect day to watch a game but daniel came home with sun burn, and he is all red now. sadly, giants lost 9 to 4 against dodgers...

here is deedee eating dinner. she is a speed eater! she finishes her dinner in less than 5 min!!
