i cooked an artichoke for the first time tonight. i love artichokes and i guess i was a little intimidated by cooking it rather than buying them frozen or in a jar. i cooked it with some garlic cloves so that i can mince them to put it in the garlic butter dip. i totally loved it, and i'm gonna make it more often, too bad daniel doesn't like artichokes...
